The eldest of my four children was invited to a birthday party at the weekend and when I called to collect him I got chatting to a couple of the other mothers who were moaning about the fact that their children had grown so much over the school holidays that their school uniforms no longer fit them and they’d had to fork out small fortunes on new ones. I think I did well to conceal my panic – it’s never a good idea to let on that you’re anything less than the perfect mother whilst in the company of the yummy mummy set – but I suddenly realised that with term due to start in a few days, I’d better get my kids to try their uniforms on just in case they didn’t fit.

No matter how much pulling, tugging and holding in of breaths that we tried, not one of my four children could get into their uniforms. I’d like to point out that my children have not become obese during the six weeks holidays, they have simply shot up several inches and several shoe sizes. (I blame grandma’s wholesome home cooking myself).

Unfotunately I couldn’t adopt the hand me down approach as there is a difference of 6 years between my two boys and 5 years between my two girls. I couldn’t take advantage of the cheap deals offered by the supermarkets either as both the primary and secondary schools that my children attend insist on a standard uniform which is only available from one store. When I totted up how much I was going to have to spend to kit each child out with unfirom, PE kit, shoes etc I realised that I simply didn’t have enough cash in my account. We’d just got back from holiday and as a result I’d maxed out my credit cards and my overdraft faciltiy.

As much as I loathe to ask him for anything, I rang my ex-husband to ask him to pay for the new uniforms. He refused – says I get enough from the CSA and he’s not paying a penny more. I offered to pay him back as soon as I got paid and he told me to get a pay day loan. I thought he was just being facetious but when, in desperation I searched on Google, I discovered that there are UK companies offering cash advance loans that you take out for just a few days or a weeks until you next pay cheque arrived. I decided that this was the perfect solution and I was delighted to find that I could apply online.

The application form only took me a few minutes to complete and once I’d got my eldest son to show me how to work the scanner, I was able to upload the copies of my payslips, proof of address and bank account details that the payday loan company requested. The online payday loans company’s website promised to respond immediately to applications but I really didn’t expect to hear back from them as quickly as I did – I got an email within minutes confirm that my payday loan had been approved and that the money would be in my bank account within 24 hours.

If only the shopping trip to buy the uniforms could have been so hassle-free! It took pretty much all of Monday to get each of my four children fully kitted out but I have to say they all looked smashing when I dropped them off at school on Wednesday morning, even the yummy mummy set commented on how nice they all looked.

Like most families, both my husband and I have to work full-time in order to pay the mortgage. This means that our two toddlers have to attend full-time childcare. A few weeks ago our childminder dropped a bombshell on us when she gave us two weeks’ notice of her intention to quit childminding and take up a new job which would provide her with a much larger income. Given that her husband had been made redundant earlier this year we were extremely pleased for her but it left us with just two weeks to arrange alternative childcare.

Having used the same childminder since the birth of our first child, we had no idea how difficult it would be to find two childcare places together. We eventually found a nursery which had two places available but the cost per month was more than my monthly salary and so we simply couldn’t afford it. Unless I could find another childminder, I was faced with the prospect of having to stay home to look after the children myself which in turn would mean that I would have to resign my job and the financial implications of that would have been disasterous. Fortunately, when I collected the children for the last time from their regular childminder she told me that she gave me the contact of another childminder who might have a couple of free places.

Whatever the poor woman must have thought of me when I turned up unannounced on her doorstep just a few minutes later with two tired, hungry and extremely iritable toddlers in tow, I’ve no idea. But she very kindly invited me for a cup of tea and I took to her immediately. I was so utterly relived when she agreed to take the children as of the following Monday, that I actually cried!

However, as with everything in life, there was a slight hitch. In oder to secure two places, the new childminder required two months fees in advance. Although her rates were the same as my previous childminder, I was used to paying fees monthly in arears and i simply didn’t have sufficient funds in my online cash account to pay two months up front. But I couldn’t afford to lose the places either. Cue more tears…this time on my husband’s shoulder. Being the hero that he is, he told me not to worry and promised that he would sort everything out. Being the pessimist that I am, I had my doubts and was mentally drafting my letter of resignation from work.

However, I should have had more faith in my brilliant husband because after a little bit of research on the internet he came up with the idea of getting a payday loan. I’d seen payday loans advertised on the telly but didn’t really know what they were until my husband explained that they were short-term cash advance loans that you took out until your next payday when you paid the entire maount back plus interest. We worked out that we could afford to borrow the money we needed to pay the childminder immediately and that we would still have enough money to pay the mortgage and our bills once the loan was repaid in a couple of weeks time.

I thought it would take ages to apply and even longer to get the money but my other half completed an on-line application form and sent copies of his id and payslips by scanning them into the computer. The whole process only took a few minutes and we were amazed when we got an email almost immediatley telling us that the application had been approved and that the money would be in my husband’s account the next morning.

The following afternoon I paid the fees to the childminder and secured two places for my children as of the Monday. They have now been going to Hilary’s for a few weeks now and they absolute love her and the other children which is is such a relief as I always feel so guilty about having to leave them to go to work. My husband’s salary was paid into his account at the end of August and on the same day the payday loan company automatically took the full loan amount (plus interest of course) directly from his account.

Being somewhat credit averse, I had saved diligently for a number of years to pay for a conservatory. I had researched all the costs from underfloor heating to blinds, furniture, lighting etc and saved a little extra for unforseen costs.

However, I hadn’t anticipated my neighbours objecting to my plans – just about everyone else in my neighbourhood has a conservatory, including the neighbours who were objecting so it came as a bit of a shock! What was even more shocking was that I had to pay for their solicitor and surveyor’s fees as well as my own. I then got an even bigger shock when I was told that no futher progress would be made by their solicitor until the first installment of their bill was paid. This threatened to delay the start of the building works which in turn would result in a large financial penalty being due to the builders.

Having already used up my contingency funds on my own legal and surveying fees to defend my neighbours’ objections, I found myself with insufficient funds to pay the bills. I offered to pay as soon as I received my salary and although they would accept the offer of a later payment, my neighbours’ solicitor refused to carry out the additional work required to settle the matter until his bill was paid.

It was clear that I had no alternative other than to get a loan. I was totally frustrated as I only needed to borrow £900 and I wasn’t happy at the prospect of months of repayments. I was absolutely delighted therefore when I came across payday loans whilst searching for the best loans on Google. I’d never heard of them before and yet a cash advance on my salary was exactly what I needed. I was worried that it would take ages to get my loan application approved but I applied on-line and got a response pretty much straight away. To my absolute amazement, within 24 hours of applying, the payday advance loan had been credited directly to my bank account and I was able to pay the legal fees.

With the legal fees paid, the work on my conservatory was able to go ahead thus avoiding the expensive penalty that would have been applied if there had been any delay.

The loan was then automatically repaid on the same day as my salary went into my bank account which was just 12 days later. So I now have a lovely new conservatory, I am debt free and the only fly in the ointment is that the horrible neighbours still live next door!!

If your needs are for a small cash advance then pay day loans may be the right solution for you. LoanAdvances offer payday loans in small amounts up to and including £1000. This lesser amount of a loan would ordinarily be enough to get through to the end of the month at which point the money that has been borrowed would then be paid back. Pay day loans are so called because they facilitate the lending of money and when people have been paid the money lent is then paid back. In effect, it is a cash advance that can be used for smaller purchases or smaller financial commitments that ordinarily meant any savings held wasn’t enough to clear the commitment.

Accordingly, pay day loans are therefore an effective way of sourcing finances quickly and quite often payday loans companies will exclaim they are useful for emergency cash situations, such as ‘the car breaking down’ or ‘the TV stopped working’ – whilst it is indeed true that payday loans can be used for these kinds of financial demands, it may not always be financially wise to use them to purchase items that one could do without. Try to save the money for these purchases and only use payday loans if you are able to afford to pay off the debt when you have received some funding from your employer.

Online payday loans are now very much the reality with many of the loans services out there. Gone are the days whereby the only way to access a cash loan would be to walk to the bank and arrange a meeting with the bank manager, who may only go on to say that you have been declined for a bank loan. Figures show that in the UK many of the population now have access to the internet and people who need to borrow money are now using this facility to lend cash quickly.

Payday loans are one such lending stream that have capitalised on the web to offer a purely online payday loan lending facility. This enables people the opportunity to lend small sums of money without even leaving the front door (and having to meet the bank manager!) – having access to the web can certianly ‘open doors’ in terms of accessing a menagerie of services, and this includes cash advance and payday advance facilities. There may be a time, in the not to distant future, whereby you will not even have to leave the fornt door of your house. It actually may be possible to do this now as all of the major supermarkets are now able to send their groceries via online orders.

Cash advances may be needed for football matches – for some a payday advance helps, maybe not for footballers, but not all the pampered players earning instant cash benefits weekly are happy. The football season has not started well for Joe Cole of Liverpool – a sending off at the Arsenal has put paid to his first match for Liverpool, but for a person earning £120000 per week, do you think he is really that bothered. Joe Cole may not need a payday loan to help him to the next payday but many football players may be struggling to find new clubs could find the economic down turn quite difficult. Some players who aren’t able to find football clubs would have to rely on working in other areas that might be less financially rewarding and as such the instant cash they may have been used to has all but gone.

Payday loans are some of the most easist ways to get money quickly and, in the main, can help those who need a short term cash injection get to the end of the month without relying on other financial sources. The money from a payday loan can be used for many things and, continuing the football theme, as the price of football tickets have risen, payday loans could be used for tickets. Lets consider the price of a football ticket – £35, £40? Well if there are 3 people going to the match this is in excess of £100! If you didn’t have this amount then a payday loan for £150 may be the ideal solution – you would have to pay £50 in interest on this from most payday cash advance companies, but if you needed to get to the football then this would be one quick and easy way of getting funds and going to the match.

The weather in the UK is not good at the moment; but what did we expect? There is not really much to choose from in terms of UK holidays when the weather is like this and trying to finance holidays further away can prove costly. Payday Loans are one option for getting to borrow small sums of money, and they can be used for things such as holidays. But what about holidaying in the UK? Probably, the best place to check for holidays is sites such as trip advisor; they even cover the UK and offer an insight into holidays in the UK from the perspective of the travellor who has already been to the particular resort.

Looking online for reviews can help people to choose not only the best holidays but also the best online payday loans companies. The web has given consumers the ability to choose from a number of options and this is the best thing to acheive the best option online. Altough the gloomy British August weather is spoiling many peoples summer breaks, at least we are not (yet) in the winter where we have darkness all the time – perhaps then would be a good time to look for payday loans or cash advances online to help escape the bleakness.

I saw an item on the news this week where debt advisors were criticising payday loan companies for charing higher interest rates on cash advance loans than ordinary long-term loans. The item caught my attention because I strongly disagree. If it hadn’t have been for a payday loan company being prepared to lend my daughter quickly and without a credit check, she would have been unable to repay a debt to a very unpleasant loan shark and I dread to think of the consequences!

Having gotten herself in somewhat of a financial pickle, my daughter very reluctantly approached me to ask for a loan until her salary was paid. I was relieved that we were finally able to discuss her situation but my pension simply would not stretch to lending her the money she needed.

I went through her finances with her and made a list of all her outgoings and income. As is typical of young people today, she was living slightly beyond her means when it came to luxuries such as clothes and going out and had run up quite a substantial amount on her three credit cards. It transpired that the reason she needed to borrow money was to pay back money owed to a loan shark. I was horrified that she had borrowed money from such a person but it seems that initially she had thought him to be a legitimate lender. Since she had maxed out her credit cards she was unable to use them to pay the bill and given that she was being charged extortionate rates of interest, it was clear that she needed to clear the debt as soon as possible.

I encouraged her to cut up her credit cards and we worked together to set a strict weekly budget which would ensure that all her bills were paid and her credit debt would be cleared by monthly installments. The real issue was the loan shark. By simply not buying any new clothes and by curbing her spending on going out for a few weeks, we worked out that she could afford to get a payday loan.

Although I’d seen payday loans advertised on the TV, I wasn’t relaly sure where to she could get one but I needn’t have worried because a quick search of the internet resulted in her finding a UK payday loan company offering a cash advance on her salary within the hour. I was amazed at how quickly she completed the application form: she did it all online, even sending copies of her payslips and id by scanning them into her computer. The loan company responded staright away to say that her application had been apporved and the money she needed would be in her bank account within the hour. I really couldn’t believe how quick the whole thing was.

My daughter withdrew the money from her account that afternoon and paid off the loan shark that evening. I’m not sure which one of us was more relieved. I was very proud that she stuck to her promises and her budget so that when her salary was paid not only was the payday loan repaid in full on the same day, she still had enough money to cover her bills and living expenses for the rest of the month.

It will probably be a few years before my daughter is finally able to clear her cerdit card debt but I think she has learnt a salutory lesson and thanks to the payday loan company she was at least able to get out of the loan shark trap and get her finances back on track.

Having children is undoubtedly an expensive business, especially at the start when parents have to buy all the paraphenalia required by a new born baby. Usually expectant mothers have 9 months to acquire everything before the baby comes along. For me, going into labour was a total shock since I had no idea I was pregnant. I had long given up my dreams of having a baby and actually thought I was going through the menopause!! Neither my husband nor I could believe that we suddenly had our very own baby girl but we were utterly delighted.

In order to be able to take her home from hospital, we needed to buy an unbelievable amount of stuff. We had savings of course but they were in investments that couldn’t be accessed quickly and we needed more money than we had sitting in our current account. My husband therefore decided to get a cash advance on his salary which would enable us to buy the essential items such as the pram and cot whilst we waited for the process of cashing in our investments to be completed.

Knowing that payday loans are now available on the internet and not wanting to leave me and the baby for long, my husband popped home to collect his laptop and the documents he would need. On returning to the hospital he was able to complete an online application form for a payday loan. He had to provide copies of his latest payslips, proof of id and address which the ward sister very kindly allowed him to use the ward’s fax machine to send through to the loan company. Had we have had access to a scanner, we could have simply uploaded these documents via the web. Literally within minutes of us faxing the documents, we recieved an email confirming that our application had been approved. An hour so later, my husband checked his bank account and the loan amount was already there.

I was able to use the internet to choose the items I wanted for the baby and then with the help of a very excited grandma and the payday loan, my husband collected the items from the store that afternoon. Fully kitted out with car seat, pram, clothes, nappies and just about everything else we could think of, we were able to take our beautiful baby girl home the next day.

I was really excited at the prospect of having my sister, her husband and my nephew to visit. My sister married a Canadian and now lives in Ottawa and so we don’t get to see each other as often as we might like. The last time they came to stay, their son was just a few months old and slept in a travel cot in the same room as his parents and I had assumed that the same arrangements would OK for this visit.

My sister rang me a couple of days before they were due to arrive to confirm their flight times and while we were chatting she happened to mention that my nephew was now sleeping in a bed as he had out-grown his cot. I didn’t let onto my sister that this was a problem as I know she wouldn’t want to put me to any trouble and I really wanted her to stay with me rather than in a hotel. The thing is that my house is very small and the guest bedroom only has room for a double bed (and a travel cot at a push). The only place I could put a single bed was in my study which desperately needed redecorating.

I was more than happy to have an excuse to makeover my study as I absolutely love decorating. The fact that I only had 2 days to get it done was a bit of a nightmare but what really stressed me out was that I didn’t have enough money to buy the new furniture needed to turn it from a study into bedroom.

That’s when I decided to get a payday loan. My salary was due to be paid in 8 days time and I knew that I would have more than enough money to repay the loan in full without leaving me short for the rest of the month so it seemed to make perfect sense.

I searched for payday loans on the internet and to my delight I found a UK loan company offering a 1 hour cash advance loan. It only took me a few minutes to complete the online application form and I got an email informing me that my loan had been approved before I’d even had time to make myself a cup of tea! As promised, the money was deposited directly into my bank account within the hour and I set off for IKEA.

With the help of my friends, the room was painted and all the flat-pack furniture was built in time for my sister’s arrival. It was so lovely to see her and I couldn’t get over how much my nephew had grown. They stayed for two weeks and we had such a fantastic time that I totally forgot about the loan repayment, so it was such a good job that the loan company automatically took the repayment directly from my bank account on the same day as my salary went in.
